Yes, CloverDX offers the flexibility to adjust your unit allocation and plan at any point in time, as your business needs evolve, ensuring that you only pay for what you require.

Yes, CloverDX offers 24/7 support for customers on the Enhanced plan. This plan includes round-the-clock assistance, quick response times, and fast issue resolution to ensure uninterrupted production.

CloverDX provides both on-premise and self-hosted cloud deployment options, allowing for flexible use cases, high regulatory compliance and security. We do not host a SaaS plan for CloverDX.

CloverDX uses a unit-based pricing model where each unit can be allocated to either a Designer seat or a Production Server core. The number of developers depends on how many units you allocated to Designer seats.

There are separate seats for Business Tools (Data Manager for MDM & data quality tasks, Wrangler and Data Catalog for collaboration and self-service data preparation. Read more on Business tools.
